Please remember many of the items on this website are vintage pieces. They
have had previous owners and don't always come in mint condition. I try to
be very careful and disclose any flaws that I see in any of the pieces for
sale. For additional information on condition, please email me.
Shipping Policies:
In the United States I ship via Priority mail which is $4.80 for a single item. Shipping on two or more items must now be calculated by postal zone, so when sending an order please include your address and zipcode so I can calculate the proper postal rate. I would be happy to add on insurance and/or delivery confirmation to your package,but please do let me know that you would like those options.

Customers Outside the United States:
I will gladly ship orders outside of the US. Due to variations in postage
from country to country please email me so we can discuss shipping options
on an individual basis. Thank you!
Returns:
I hope you will be happy with your purchase from Grandma's Top Drawer,if
not, I do accept returns. Please note returns are given store credit only.
The credit is good on any item on the site and my online auctions. The
purchase price of the item(s) will be credited only. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date on the receipt.
Payment:
Currently I accept checks, money orders, Western Union, travelers checks, and Paypal(email address: liquidsilver9@att.net). I can also send an invoice
through Paypal directly if that is easier.If you would like to pay by Paypal, please email your order so I can give you the correct total and add shipping and/or any additional discounts. Credit card payments can only be made through
Paypal at this time. Any check over $75 from a new customer will be held until cleared.(7-10 days). Items will be
shipped when the check has be cleared. If you have shopped with me before I will not hold your checks. If you prefer not to wait please send
a money order,items will be shipped on the next business day. Please note no foreign checks accepted.
Discount Policy:
Grandma's Top Drawer does offer discounts based your purchases. If $100.00 or more merchandise is sold, shipping is on me.
For $175.00 worth of purchases a 10% discount will be given. Any other discounts given will be done on an indvidual basis.
If you request a dealer discount please be preapred to show a Tax ID # or resale certificate.
